We are recently stayed at Falcon Resort with family for a weekend getaway, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The resort itself is stunning, set in a picturesque location with excellent views of river and forest. The facilities are top-notch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the private where we could relax and enjoy the view. We spent most of our time exploring the resort’s incredible amenities. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Excellent stay! We were the only guests due to the bad climate. The entire house was ours providing privacy and a cozy, big room. The river view was amazing, though the bad weather limited outdoor enjoyment. The homely food from the ladies' kitchen was yummy and added to the comfort. A kettle with coffee/tea sachets was a nice touch, making our stay more pleasant. Despite the rain, it seemed like the place had a lot to offer! We will be back after the rains to enjoy the river.

We arrived in the dark and saw the jaw-dropping view from our room (6th floor) in the morning, opening our curtains. It is indescribable and magnificent. We had a big, beautiful and immaculate room, excellent service and great food in the restaurant. All staff was helpfull and kind. Special thanks to the excellent and friendly driver. The surroundings of the resort are beautiful with green tea fields and jungle, waterfalls and all sorts of exotic flowers. Kerala is truly God's own country and The Grand Cliff is a little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the help we got from Abin and his parents to arrange activities and transports. The homestay was beautifully located in the calm Flower valley, wonderful to listen to all birds singing at sunrise. All beautiful flowers around the homestay. 1/2 hour tuk-tuk ride to Munnar center from which our hiking activities started. Homestay host provided very good dinner for us in the afternoons. We had a nice walk from the homestay through small village up to a view-point close to the homestay.
