Great people. The owners of the hostel are absolutely amazing and spread a great, light vibe. The rest of the staff, volunteers included, are not any less nice. Spent an amazing night singing on the rooftop, while having a few drinks. Every bed has curtains and all. Private washrooms in the bedroom. Recommended!

This property is beautifully renovated. The personnel is very kind and accommodating. The hotel apparently only has room service during the day, but the staff brought me chai in the evening after asking. I booked an extra night, but the room I had was already booked, so they upgraded me for one night. Breakfast was amazing and the expresso is really good! It was a treat staying here, I hope to be back!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, putting you right in the heart of everything you need. The staff here is beyond helpful—they went out of their way to help us secure train tickets when it seemed impossible, and their guidance was always honest and trustworthy. Our room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and truly one of the best values I’ve found during my time in India. Although I typically stick to hotels, this hostel has won me over with its welcoming atmosphere and genuine hospitality. I’d return here in a heartbeat. Truly loved my stay!

My stay at Little Peepal has been the highlight of my trip - Parvat is an amazing host and very genuine. I would highly recommend the tours he offers. The short walking tour to see real side of Udaipur is a unique experience, and so too is village tour, where you can see the nature and life outside of the city.

The location of the property is in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Staff is very helpful, polite and accommodating. Everything in the hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. Note that you can access the hotel by tuk tuk or by walking since the roads get narrow closer to city center. However, it is not a problem since tuk tuks are available everywhere. :)

Best place to stay in udaipur, the guys there are so good and very helpful. The rooms are well arranged and kept clean. The interior works are also stunning. From the terrace we can see the whole town, which is amazing and it's also a good place to chill with our friends. I highly recommend this place.

Like mentioned in the description it's a very old property but very nicely maintained. The rooms are absolutely clean with decent space. Few rooms come with an AC or a room cooler. There is a library within the property and you can take books from there. The location of the property is very close to old city center and they provide e-rickshaw facility for pickup and drop.

Devi Villa is absolutely fabulous. My room was very nicely decorated, spacious and cosy at the same time. Everything was clean. I had access to the balcony and could enjoy a wonderful view during breakfast over the lake. The family running Devi Villa are very caring and do everything for their guests. I enjoyed home-made breakfast every morning and just loved it (especially the Poha, it was the best I had in India during my 3,5 weeks in the country)! The location is great to explore the city center on foot.
