Very cozy apartment near the cruise port and train station. After a sea cruise, we decided to stay in Civitavecchia for couple days. A wonderful apartment near the port (20 minutes slowly walk with luggage, but transport is an option too). It's right across from the station (no train noise at all, and a sea view from the window). Toni, the host, was very helpful and always available in what’s app. We asked for early check-in due to the cruise early arrival, and they accommodated us promptly. This place is on the 1st floor and has three separate apartments, each with its own bathroom, a refrigerator, and snacks (a croissant, muffin, toast, and candy). The refrigerator was stocked with water, juice, and milk. Smart TV is available. There's a common area with a kettle and coffee machine (tea bags and coffee capsules are provided). Literally a stone's throw away is a beautiful promenade with cafes and restaurants (the seafood is delicious). There's a beach with rocky entry, but you can still swim in October - the sea is warm. The apartment is very clean and charming! Thanks, Toni!

The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

Paolo was an absolute gem. Probably hands down the best host I have ever experienced. He picked us up from the train station. He showed us around a little. Then gave us suggestions on where to sight see. Took us to a restaurant for dinner that he highly recommends. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while we went and looked at the sights. He then drove our luggage to the cruise terminal. The apartment was better than I imagined. It was huge. Clean, very well equiped and feels homely. The apartment is a very easy flat ground 8 minute walk to the cruise terminal. I can not recommend this gem of a place enough. Paolo speaks Italian and uses google translate. He is extremely patient with communication and looks for alternate ways to help you. Well done Paolo and thank you so much for your hospitality. The location was great being right in the downtown area of the city. Travelling alone all I needed was a single room, and that is exactly what I got and at a single room rate too. Breakfast was simple but good.

Great visit , and great owner, guiding, room. Nice location not in the city center but easy go by walking to center and habour. We had cruice from Cruice Terminal and we walk with luggages to terminal . It tooks 1/2 hour . Owner served good Italian breakfast and coffee. Place was super clean and looks like home, nice baloon view tp town and garden

A hidden gem. 💎 If you are looking for somewhere to stay near the town centre & the port 🚢 then look no further! The location, the facilities, the cleanliness (I mean seriously this place is IMMACULATE!) and especially the host Claudio, they were all 10/10…. We wouldn’t hestitate to return.

The location is good. Near to the Cruise Port, restaurants, shops, the city centre. The rooms are spacious. Bed linen and towels were ok. The cost of the breakfast is reasonable. It was convenient to be able to have breakfast early in the morning .but I would pay another 5 Euro for a better meal, perhaps the addition of an Omelette station.

It is a perfect location for a pre cruise stay. If you are looking for The Marriot this is not the place to stay. It’s a budget hotel that is in a time warp but the price is excellent. Really needs a makeover.

Best host ever!! The most helpful and accomading host, it was like having a personal guide giving so much information about where to eat and what to do. The apartment is so spacious and in the best location with everything within a few mins walk.

Everything was great and looked like brand new. The apartment has everything one may need, from a teaspoon to all other kitchenware. The location is great as well, just a couple of minutes to the city centre, sea, beach, station, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood looks safe and cozy. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant in communication. I liked my stay here so much. I'd definitely book it once again if I'll be visiting city once again.

The breakfast was wonderful, as was the garden. It was exceptionally clean, and communication with Giulia was excellent. All in all a great place to stay, very relaxed yet it had all the amenities and was in a perfect location.

Location was great just a five minute walk to the cruise port. Breakfast on the balcony was just lovely, lots of fresh fruit croissant or a cooked breakfast if you wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant place to stay for cruise port.we were driven to the cruise ship the next morning, no charge.
