The location is perfect—just across the road from the bus station, with bus 4L running every 10 minutes and a quick 20-minute ride to Venice. The rooms are spacious, come with balconies, and are thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spotless, with an amazing shower that had unbelievable water pressure. Everything a traveler could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen. The family managing the property was incredibly kind and cooperative. The thoughtful touches, like two bottles of water and a bowl of fruit in each room, were much appreciated. Additionally, they allowed us to park all day, so we could use the bus to Venice and avoid the steep parking costs there. I would recommend this place without hesitation—it’s a gem! Questo

Bright, spacious, extremely clean appartement, totally equipped for our one-week holiday. Air-conditioning in every room, washing machine, mosquito net, several big cupboards, spacious bathroom - all made our stay very pleasant. The host, Giuseppe is very kind and do his best to help you around. Little cafes for breakfast are in 5-minute-walk distance, there are a mall and several huge supermarkets in 5-minute-drive. Venice's Piazzale Roma is for a 15-minute drive, highways are within easy reach, the place is a good start to explore the region (Verona, Padua, Vicenza, Noventa di Pieva Designer Outlet). Free car parking in front of the building. Some small gifts and cold water in the fridge were waiting for us, all were very kind of the host.

We liked it so much here during our stay in Mestre. Everything is close, to the train station you will need 5 minutes, restaurants and stores also. Room is spacious with everything you need. If you are coming with a car, there is available public parking, 0.80€/hour 8-13h and 15-20h, Sundays are free. Highly recommend 10/10

It is a charming rustical Italian villa. If you are looking for a relaxed place with friendly staff, this is a great place to stay. They are very dog-friendly and we felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I would recommend it and I plan to come again. They have spacious parking and it's very easy to travel around everywhere from this location. They have a great transfer to Venice as well. Very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner).

Everything was very nice, the staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the AC was keeping the room in great temperature so it wouldn't be hot. Great location, a few minutes from the station so it was easy to get around to explore Venice and the mainland. Overall this was a great place to stay :)

The stay was good, the location is perfect, next to the corner there is a bus stop and by 5 minutes walk - train station. Next to the hostel, there is a big grocery store and a great coffee place and pizza place. If you are visiting Venice, then this is a super great place, where to stay, because its just 10-minute ride by bus to Venice. The area is quite fine, people in the hostel are friendly and the reception is pretty modern, great opportunities to spend the time.

Nice and comfy apartment. The host was really helpful with the information regarding the Venice tourist tax. It has a good location in Mestre, close to the city centre and the main bus/train station in Mestre. Also it has a bus station very near, with buses that take you to Venice for 1,5 euros for a ride/ 3 euros to Venice and back. We really enjoyed staying here.

The location was very convenient in Mestre city centre with bus/tram stop few steps away. Also, there is a regular weekly street market that occurs on Fridays on the street in front of the accommodation. The apartment was spotless clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. We really loved the complimentary coffee capsules. ☕️ The communication with our host (Francesco) was nice and easy.

This is a great place to stay with free parking and easy access to Venice - about 15 minutes by bus with a stop just around the corner. Mestre is a pretty town with welcoming bars and eateries as well as shops and a weekly market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is a generous continental offering with particularly delicious custard croissants. We had a quiet, fourth floor room with a balcony, which we hugely appreciated. We love the fancy, Venetian style decor.. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was great with very short walk to access public transport into Venice. We were met upon arrival by hosts and were given a map of Venice with great suggestions and instructions on how to get around using the vaporetto. It was a wonderful trip and great place to stay with a family.
