It's a very beautiful place nested in an olive garden. A large pond invites for swimming or just relaxing on the deck. The fact that this location only accomodates three rooms makes it very quite and perfect for relaxation. The host is very friendly, the breakfast is superb and the land lady bakes fresh olive roles and cakes and prepares fresh eggs. Best place at Lake Garda in more than 25 years of frequently visiting for weekend trips.

Location is very good even though you are 15-20 mins walking distance from the city center. It's a very good opportunity to use the walking path that goes near the lake. Very good views. The room is very well furnished and clean. Very convenient parking places. We had a wonderful stay here

Good Morning Everyone, the appartment is a very comfortable place to stay in Riva. The location is at the edge of the old town, so you can reach everything within 5min. The appartment is located at the top floor, so it can be warm during summer. But if you cool down everything during night and also use the air condition, then it's fine. The owner is very kind and helpful for any topic.

Very elegant hotel at one of the best locations in Riva del Garda. You are 200 m from the lake, and few steps from the promenade, it’s so convenient. The garden and the pool area is breathtaking, the rooms are sooo comfortable(bed, huge bathroom, control panels on the wall). They have delicious glutenfree cakes and cookies.

The location was perfect. It showed 1,6km from city center, but seems way closer, also you can have a walk by the beach and not through the street. The view was truly amazing. Although the windows were into the street, when closing the windows was minimal noise.

Perfect place to stay! The hotel in located uphill from Lake Garda, so you will find a beautiful view, especially from breakfast room! Rooms are made in modern style, they are new, tidy and clean. Breakfast is delicious, various, with hot and cold food, pastries. They have a really calm atposphere so it is a perfect place to relax. Personnel is max pleasant.
