From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by staff that went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with transport, or just making sure I felt at home, their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference. The hotel itself is a serene haven nestled in the mountains — waking up to the peaceful view of the Dolomites each morning was nothing short of magical. Every corner of the property exudes calm and care. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to a day of exploring or simply relaxing. The sauna and spa facilities were exceptional , and the Mountain View from the spa room was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave . The hotel was a 15 minute walk away from a shuttle bus that takes you to the Col Raiser cable car for free . Or a 10 minute to Oritisei if you want to get the Cable car from Ortisei to the top Seceda . If you're looking for a quiet escape with exceptional service and stunning natural beauty, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The views were amazing - looking up to Sassolungo, with clouds coming and going. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and very quiet. After a long day of walking, we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The location was central to everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were very friendly, helpful and informative.

The apartment was great; it had everything we needed: lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom. Great location, calm and quiet, perfect for visiting the attractions in the area. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information needed for transport and even recommendations for where to eat in the area.

Extremely peaceful location, easy on-street parking directly in front. Manuel met us to give us the keys, and also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless, cosy and well-equipped. Manuel was an excellent and personable host. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Dania the host is a very positive lady with a very beautiful smile. This property‘s highlight was the location in Val Gardena and the outstanding view from the window! I could sit beside the window for hours and just look at the Dolomites all day long. Ours was a cute studio apartment with nice comfortable beds. There is a cafe downstairs and there are lots of restaurant options in the area. Ortesei is just 10 mins away from this place.I would recommend this property highly.

Beautiful location with great, modern facilities and welcoming staff. Parking garage downstairs and spaces outside upstairs, very accessible if renting a car. The room was basic, but perfect for a few nights and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of charging points. Bathroom was great. The star of the stay was easily the breakfast - an amazing spread and included in the price! We had a great time.

We had an amazing time. The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, we arrived with public transport and could go around Val Gardena for all major hikes with public transport or by foot within short distance. The breakfast was also really nice and it was great to wake up early and have a nice breakfast before having long hikes.

This is a wonderful hotel, welcoming, comfortable and in a perfect location for a hiking holiday. The rooms are light, clean and spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious, and Lucas and his staff are attentive and helpful. We loved the swimming pool with its spectacular mountain views.
