Just by the Fontana Aretusa and Gallery Bellomo, 3 minute on foot to the Cathedral, Castello Maniace, and the most beautiful beaches in Ortigia on both east and west sides, surrounded by countless restaurants, you cannot find a position better than here! 2. Having breakfast at the terra on the top floor in the morning sunshine is no doubt my favorite enjoyment in the whole journey in Syracusa! Wonderful food, perfect service! You can also take the breakfast to the room. 4. There is an AC in the bedroom and a heater in the bathroom, which make the whole room warm and comfortable. For me, at least, a heater in bathroom is very important.

We had such a wonderful stay at Xenia apartments! The place was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location couldn’t be better, everything was just within reach. Location is SUPERB! The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend having drinks at sunset in the hotel front terrace, the view is amazing and the drinks delicious (highly recommend the house wine)!

Room was very clean (also very big and comfortable), it had everything that you need for a short stay. Hosts were very welcoming, they helped us with the parking (it was on the street in front of the building and free), and they ensured we can check-in at the time that was most convenient for us. Location is also very nice, cute neighbourhood and short walk from main attractions. I highely recommend this place!

The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

The professionalism, very clean and top-notch room, friendliness of the staff (especially Siria), and overall experience. Just watch your head if you're tall when entering the building as it has that old style italian door that are very short. Other than that, it's fully renovated and brand new.
