I didn't purchase breakfast, there are 7-11 and several restaurants nearby, nearby new chitosen air port. Very clean room and overall hotel is kept in clean and welcoming environment.

The most amazing staff and best hotel experience in all of Japan! We travelled a lot and this is far above all! We have a 2 year old, so we always look for non-smoking and child-friendly hotels in Japan, this is truly it. The room has a nice tatami smell, it was spacious and bright, fully child safe. The curtain was perfectly blocking the street light at night and there was no bright light or noise in the room. They use the best mattress brand in Japan, they are very comfortable and large. You can rent different types of pillows. The staff is super friendly and warm, playing and taking care of the kids very much, it's not the regular distant politeness. They have child seats, utensils and plates for kids too. There is a play corner next to the restaurant. I am truly amazed by this all. They operate a lovely 'free coffee' and birdwatching spot between om 10 am to 4 pm. The dinner was a multi course, traditional Japanese meal with fresh seafood and seasonal delicatessens. It was mind-blowing. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious choices. We went to the onsen and sauna two times, we had the place only for us. The hotel and the surroundings are peaceful and calm. A huge park and viewpoint offers space for children in all seasons. There is no access to the lake, so it's safe for free play. In wintertime, they offer sleigh and other snow toys. It's worth going to the Visitor Center (5 min drive), which offers a great interactive experience for kids.

Good location - short walking distance from train station. Room is clean. They have 1 restaurant that opens late and onsen facilities. They have shuttle service to the airport at 6:30am (they will ask during check-in).

I really like this hotel, it was clean, in a great location and the staff were really friendly. I arrived way before check in and I was not feeling very well. They could see my pain and gave me a room straight away without waiting for hours. I really appreciate that! 🙏

Great location and nearby to malls. Modern hotel with reasonably size room. Public bath and free parking available. JR station is close by for those who take the train. Helpful staff who gave us a list of recommended eating places. Nice pantry area where you can have free tea/coffee.

Great Hotel. We liked the location near New Chitose Airport. The staff were courteous and also offered us an upgrade as we were staying for 2 nights in two separate itineraries. The hotel offered free parking & is close to many shops in the neighborhood. We liked our stay at the hotel.

Location is not near any amenities, however there was a leaflet showing us how to order food in Japan. Taxi is also available via the GO taxi app in Japan. I had to call a taxi at 6am to catch my 8am flight. Took about 10minutes in total to get 2 taxis on the app for my family. I had 2 rooms, 3 double beds, enough to fit 6 adults. There is a washing machine, 2 showers and 1 toilet.

The location was perfect. Just took the bus in front of the terminal. Once arrived, you just need to cross the road to the hotel

The location of the property is deserted and out of no where. Nothing ard the property. But it closes to New Chitose Airpor, it just 13 mins walk to JR train station and one stop to the airport.

Free breakfast is a plus point although just a basic breakfast provided. The location of the hotel is good as it is just next to train station. Those with car rental can park the car at opposite car park building and it is free. It is just 15 minutes away from airport or rental car return.

the location was compatible, close to the airport, easier for me to have a quick stay before i make my way out to other parts of hokkaido. close to my car rental company as well. its off season, so it was not packed at the parking lot. room was very comfortable with all amenities required. amazing space and kitchen.

The location is close to the airport and lots of eateries nearby, also near our car rental office where we dropped the hired car so it was very convenient. There is a big mall right next to the hotel but we did not have time to visit. Room was big and comfortable.
