If you're looking for a place away from the city that's nice and peaceful, this is where you should go. Comfortable rooms, a nice mountain view, plenty of bath options, and incredible food. Every included meal was well worth it. We had to skip lunch, the dinners were so filling! Staff were very helpful.

It is very spacious. It has a keyboard. You can feel free to train up your music skill. And let your flatmate know your music talent. The B&B owner is super nice. And he introduced me a very good izakaya nearby, coincidentally, I met another owner of B&B there. I still believe it is not a business trap. Anyway, there is nothing to criticize, the neighborhood is dark, it would be wonderful for those enjoying dark, like me. Near the B&B, it has a public rice polishing machine (精米機）by the road, works like a vending machine. Even you dont have any ungrained rice to polish, it is still a lovely spot to visit as the machine reminds you are.in the prefecture with the best rice of Japan.

We only stayed for one night but the room was very clean and comfortable. A little small with all the luggage we had but this typical of Japan and it was fine. Location is super! So close to the station, restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. Staff were really helpful and pleasant to deal with. They kept our luggage after check out too which we delighted with.

The beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day of travel. While this was not my first time I had stayed at La Union, I definitely liked it better this time. When I stayed there in 2021 there were no curtains over the bed entrances and this has made a massive difference in comfort and overall sleeping.
