Amazingly charming historical house, maintained by owner with lots of love for every tiny detail. It was a place I’ve never been but I felt melancholic, absolutely a fantastic place to stay. Pity that we spent only for 14 hours in the house.

Amasing place with gentle owners, nice and cute japanese vintage style, bright rooms with yukatas, beautiful onsen space with clear hot water, near the nature with excellent connection with City Center by bus or walking, big 7/11 convenient store near. The place was cozy and the owner was extremely kind and helpful.i had the best time there because of him.even though he was a one-man show,he did everything he could to make my stay easy and enjoyable.the room facilities was good,comfy bed and a/c or heater was provided.I hope to come back here again during proper snow season to experience the full beauty of this place.Highly recommend this place :)

Hospitality by Satoshi san and his family. He is very helpful and the price to rent the ski gears is reasonable. He drove us to and fro to Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort during our 2 Nights 3 Days stay. Thank again Satoshi san.
