The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for four nights, and I wished we could have stayed longer. The service was absolutely incredible—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The in-house bar was fantastic, with outstanding service there as well. The hotel’s ambiance is magical. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking. We did have one night when the guests upstairs were a bit noisy, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

The location was perfect for me - probably more on the entertainment side of the city rather than the business side, although access to transport was very quick and easy so nowhere was out of reach. Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Best location to sightseeing. Short walk to Bashamichi station, and also able to walk to Sakuragi station too. Super market and Convenience stores are restaurants are within walking distance. There were plenty of amenities, pajamas etc. The room was good size and clean.

Clean and best location! Breakfast is NOT included but there 2 convenience mart at level 4 to provide you everything. Onsen, swimming pool and mini gym are included, and the TV is huge for a relative small room. 2 queen size beds, except that there is almost no space to open our luggages. I think microwave oven, vending machine (paying) and ice machine (free) are only at certain levels. Check-in was via an auto-teller but of course the receptionist was there to guide us. Big hotel lobby, carparking, and reception counter.

The location was just great. It was easy to go to the conference center Pacifico and also downtown where there was a lot of good restaurants. Especially next to the Bashamichi metro station.

The convenience of a minimart, multiple laundry machines, ample parking spaces and great onsen facilities makes the hotel stay a wonderful experience. The proximity of the hotel location to popular malls, Chinatown, Cosmoworld and Cup Noodle Museum also made travelling around a breeze.

Great location next to the beautiful flower gardens and water’s edge. Very short walk to China Town. Convenient place to stay before getting on a cruise ship. Very spacious room with lovely view. Free bottled water and toiletries in the room was a great addition.

Best location, close to the harbour and in the middle of china town. The staff was really nice and welcoming. It's a tiny hostel, basically just a hallway, but it was still comfortable to spend time there since the other guests were really respectful and nice. I totally recommend the place if you're not sensitive with sound.

The room was great for a single night, lots of modern comforts, the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the location, as it was close to "downtown" Yokohama, so I could explore everything and enjoy. The check-in and check-out procedure was smooth and easy.
