The owner was really nice and friendly. He explained about the royal tomb located right in front of the place when we asked :) The staffs were all nice too. The facility was well managed and clean. The private bathroom looked very new and all amenities were given. So convenient. The mansion is very close to most of the historical sites (geumgwanchong, daeneoungwon, cheomseongdae etc) and cafe alley (hwangridangil). It is located at the centre of the downtown so it is easy to buy stuff. I would definitely visit here again in the future.

It was a beautiful hanok stay run by a sweet Ahjumma (elderly lady) . She attempted to guide us on how to get to the attractions with a cute printed map. It was clean, warm, comfortable and smelled nice! We slept well! Breakfast was nice too. Although checkout is promptly at 11am, we were slightly late returning from our tour and the cleaning crew had already started moving our luggages out. So if you think you might be back later than checkout time, I suggest you pack early (or keep the luggages in the common room beforehand). Location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions. Highly recommended.

We spent a couple nights to our full satisfaction and very much as expected. Gyeongju, we thought, calls for staying in a traditional place like this. The premises and building of Soseoljae Guest are very beautiful and serene. Like another era really. The rooms are spacious enough, the bathroom tiny, but functional. Personally I think sleeping on the floor like that is comfortable. The location is unbeatable for walking everywhere plus taxis are available just around the corner. To be honest, I was a bit worried about the breakfast, not for myself, but some of my pickier family members. They liked it. The owner is sweet. Don't hesitate to book.

Super spacious, cosy, clean, cute, modern hanok-style accommodation. We loved absolutely everything about it! The kitchen appliances were amazing. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Central, convenient location with all the Gyeongju sights/cafes/shopping street in walking distance. Ella was so lovely and helpful as a host and helped us book taxi to station.

At the absolute heart of Gyeongju, this guesthouse is quiet, clean, and perfect. The beds are comfortable with charging and storage areas, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff welcoming. I enjoyed my time staying at the guesthouse, and *when* I return to Gyeongju, I would stay again. I cannot recommend Aha enough! 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Yasun Gallery. The host was so thoughtful and generous, she even made us gifts to take home. The delicious ginger tea and cake on arrival was exactly what we needed after our long journey, and we very much enjoyed our homemade morning breakfasts! We were nice and warm and comfortable in our room, especially with how cold it is in January. Thank you for a lovely stay. If you want an authentic traditional Korean experience, this is the place to stay. We will always remember our time in Gyeongju and your kindness :)

Location was great and the room was very large and comfortable. Air-conditioner worked very well. This was a very nice place to stay and we would certainly like to return and stay longer next time. We caught a bus from the train station and the bus stop was directly opposite the Hotel We managed to walk to all locations and sights that we wanted to visit

A lovely place to stay - experience of a traditional home, with friendly staff, in a great location. Good breakfast, and they even did our laundry for us when we asked if there was a laundry nearby! Great cultural experience.

Best place to stay in Gyeonju! We are so glad that we stayed here in this traditional accommodation. It is super centrally located, next to the tombs and to the street full of restaurants and cafés, but quiet at night at the same time :) We slept so well! The hosts are super nice, and the breakfast was really complete. We have very good memories of this place from our whole stay in South Korea

Cozy room in a lovely hanok. The place has a beautiful garden, there's a kitchen you can freely use for breakfast and at night to make a coffee or a tea. The building is located just outside the city center of Gyeonju, so it was very quite and peaceful. The owners live there, in case you need anything, they are always extremely helpful. The main attractions in Gyeonju are scattered around and not concentrated in a single place, so you need to walk or take local buses/uber to move around. The location is very convenient anyway.

Amazing location just in the city center. Beautiful traditional house. The owners were very hospitable and gave us great tips and they are very helpful even with non-standard requests. They also speak very good English. The homemade breakfast by the owner is absolutely delicious, one of the best we had in Korea.

This is the best hostel I've ever had. The staff, owner and people who is also staying are really awesome! Best location to go around, very accessible to public transporation, nearby markets, restaurants and convenience store. There is no need to go to the club, you can get along with people downstairs for free, and even karaoke is free, games, watching. No need to think twice, just book here. Will surely stay here. Thank you for the good memories.

- We stayed in the Family room - it was modern, clean and just nice for 3 people space-wise - Bathroom was spacious and clean too - There are also a common kitchen, toilet and powder room on the groundfloor - very convenient to freshen up before check-in time and have breakfast/dinner there - They have luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out - Location: close to city center + near the express bus station and the high-speed train station

Hanok Inn is a beautiful authentic Hanok, with a lovely small garden. It was quiet. Most importantly the lady who owns this Hanok was a delight. Telling us about the Silla Festival events and the best places to have dinner. For breakfast she prepared us a delicious Korean meal. This is a perfect place to stay in Gyeongju.

Lovely place to stay in the beautiful city of Gyeongju. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The owner is really doing his best for you to have a nice stay at his place. The dorm was comfortable, the terrasse was perfect to chill and the location is great, from walking distance to the bus station, the Silla tumbs and a local market. Just great! Phenomenal location--about 10 min drive to the city center so you will need a car. If you have a car it is small windy streets together here which adds to the experience. Shower and shared bathroom were spotless. The site is from the 14th century, lovenly restored. The linens provided were gorgeous. Honestly one of my favorite stays to date in my lifetime

The host and wife were very hospitable and they were very helpful too. They served a delicious breakfast and also looked after our needs very well. Their location in downtown Gyeongju is superb and you can visit a lot of attractions on foot very easily.
