This was a phenomenal stay. The decor in the rooms and common areas were beautiful, the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept on and THE SHEETS! This was luxury for such a great price. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very good coffee too. I didn’t want to leave, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great place overall. Was met pleasenlty by hotel staff who took our luggage down to apartment. Sana is a great manager, took care of us on arrival, made us nice luch and dinner since we arrived that day tired and were in hotel whole day. Swimming pool is nice also.

The views are incredible. Nice area with shops, nearby the bus stops to go anywhere you want. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner of the place was very friendly and help us with all the things. We feel like at home. The kitchen is there. And Susantha preparing tasty dishes if you'd like to eat smth Sri Lankan.

Fantastic place to stay in Kandy - the view on the city was amazing and the city center, as well as the Tooth Temple, was quite close to the structure. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and there was also a fan to cool down the room's temperature. Breakfast was great! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, they also managed to help us changing the check-in / check-out times.

Great breakfast, fabulous and very spacious room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre as well as train station. It's close to the main road but not directly next to it which makes it quiet place to rest aftr whole day of sightseeing. The owner was kind to explain everything and provide a brief tour about what to see and do in Kandy. This is a professional hotel unit but a family business as well and they do care to make you comfortable.

Best location i have stayed yet in Sri Lanka. This pearl has everything you need. The bed is great, the shower is gorgeous and the personel is the best i’ve seen yet. They will help you with literally anything you need and wil accomodate it for you. If something on the menu is not like your taste, they can change it to your own liking. They have a beautiful big tent on the outside of the hotel, which has a bathtub, AC and literally everything you need. There are no downsides i could mention. Like i have said…. The best location in Kandy

Great location in peaceful surroundings. Located in the mountains, it’s far enough away from the city centre but close enough to walk to. 10 min walk to Kandy lake and 20-30 min walk into town. The occasional elephant can be seen walking past the hotel which was a highlight for me. Under new management, the owner and his team went out of their way to accommodate every request and made my stay feel like my home away from home.
