We stayed 03 nights at Burberry Residence as a family with 2 kids and we are quite happy we booked this apartment for our holiday in Colombo. The hosts were amazing, Ashan and his brother and their team Suresh, Raju, and Sunil made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment was well maintained. I wanted a few printouts and both Ashan and his brother helped get me those free of costs which I appreciate much. Suresh, Sunil, and Raju were quite helpful and did our laundry on short notice. Ashan allowed my request to allow my friends and relatives to visit us during the stay and a big thank you Ashan for that! I will certainly book next time as well and recommend Burberry Residence to anyone who wants a quiet, spacious, and clean apartment for a holiday stay.

One of my all-time favorite hotels that I've ever stayed at! Everything about it was exceptional – from the staff to the breakfast, the spa, pool, and gym. First of all upon arrival to the hostel it was very very appealing from the road, I felt like I was arriving to a fancy condo in the states 🤣 Chavvy & Shailie were amazing, they made me feel so welcome that I really left feeling like I have family, from good laughs to even dropping me off at the bus stop because I was a little nervous - tremendous. I put my hammock up in the garden which the caretakers helped with & was astonishing to simply be in the amazing garden with such diverse wildlife (there was even a local peacock!) I only booked this hostel because I'm a travelling yoga teacher and needed somewhere calm to practice & teach - Alma hostel allowed me to do just that, with excellent ifi and many spaces to teach from whether the garden, the upstairs lobby/co-working space or even my room was big enough. My all time favourite thing about Alma's was the interior design - like wow. Everything was custom made with wicker/bamboo and the interior was exceptionally clean - I genuinely felt like I was crashing at my own place. Loved it so much.
