We had the best time, wonderful hosts and staff. Can't wait to return!! We will brush up on our French so we can communicate more easily as everyone speaks French there. Villa Daba is just perfect for an off the beaten track trip. Fantastic family run resturant in walking distance and a few cafes a short drive away plus in 15 mins by car you are in the heart of Essouira. The donkeys, tortoises and beautiful garden are all part of the magic of this place. The pool is also very refreshing and everything is so clean thanks to the lovely cleaning staff who did an amazing job of making our room lovely every day. We spent a week there and didnt want to leave! Special thanks to Mohammad for putting up with our wild children for a week, he couldn't do enough for us. We felt part of the family there and that's thanks to the warm welcome and hosts checking in every day with how we were and making such a fuss over our girls (2 and 5). We are so grateful!! Amazing stay! The park is very peaceful and green, never slept better than here. We had the whole building for our own with a fireplace in the night and a fully equiped kitchen. The place was very clean and comfortable, they thought of every detail. The owner Mohammed is so kind, he did everything to make our stay fantastic. When I left my sweater he even brought it to our next Riad in Essaouira.

Beautiful well-appointed riad, our favorite of the 3 properties we stayed at during our trip to Morocco. Excellent location withing easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic, incredibly friendly and professional staff and the dining area is beautiful. Nice communal terrace (but it was a bit cold & windy in January to spend much time there). We loved our stay here and wish we had stayed a few more days! We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone planning to spend time in Essaouira.
