The location was great with lovely views from the terrace. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful on a sunny morning.
Considering the hilly position of the village it was convenient, although a lot of steps, to get to the waterfalls.
We had good directions to the falls from the staff

Very good place to stay over night to visit Ouzoud waterfall. Good brekfast. Safe privat parking place for motorcycles. Large rooms with heating and Air conditioning.

The location was amazing, very close to the waterfalls, with a viewpoint just a couple of meters away. It’s a cozy riad with not many rooms, very well renovated. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, served in a common room with stunning views

Our host Ismail did a perfect job. Welcomes you in, helps you in any possible way and is a very kind and polite. The atmosphere is very warm, we felt at home. We definitely recommend this hotel. Diner en breakfast were a real joy. Location is optimal, 2 minutes to the waterfalls by car.

We loved everything - the whole place is beautiful (interior design) , rooms are spacious and very comfortable, shower has hot water and is the most convenient one we had in Marocco! Location is perfect for trekking to the waterfall, owner super friendly. Breakfast was typical as in most places here (boiled eggs, bread, pancake & jams) , enough not be hungry in the morning.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the Riad was nicely decorated. Great location near the waterfall. If you walk 400 meters, you'll see monkeys playing on the grass. I recommend Riad Heermans.

Location great. Superb spacious rooms. Absolutely fabulous staff. Very peaceful and relaxing. Pool delightful. Fatima’s cooking exceptional. Maloud went over and above to sort a significant car problem for us which enabled us to explore the area and the Falls.

The couple who care about the place is very kind and polite. Room was perfectly clean and big enought. The location looks a bit remote, but in fact it is perfect. 150 m from the house you have direct look on the waterfall area. If you find a stairs downhill on the right side of 5-star resort you are in 5-10 minutes walk in the center of town with no need to move the car or search for parking.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location to visit the falls and hike through the valley around Ouzoud. If you're thinking about a day trip from Marrakech, reconsider spending a few nights here to soak up the luxury of the roof top massive pool after doing guided walks through the valley. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning means you have a good break from the heat. However, there is also plenty of space to sit in the shade next two the two beautiful pools.

Asolutely stunning property in a great location. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was excellent and the dinner was the best we had in Morocco. The view from our room was stunning and out of the world. Easy access to the waterfall from the hotel is also an added advantage. 10/10 would recommend.

Great hospitality. The location was amazing with wonderful vistas over the valley of Ouzoud. The rooftop allowed for a great stargazing and both breakfast as dinner were amazing.

The breakfast is very basic . F&B need to improve. The location is excellent. Rooms division Manager, Mr Samir, could not do enough to please you. He is an excellent ASSET to the hotel. Fatima Zahra at the front desk was also very good.
