We had a very comfortable stay here. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed—ours happened to be a four-poster, though not every room has one. There’s a fridge, coffee-making facilities, a smart TV, efficient air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was spotless and finished to a high standard. The property operates more like an Airbnb: there’s no permanent reception staff. Check-in is via a key lock box, cleaners come daily, to service rooms that have checked out , and any communication is handled quickly through WhatsApp. The small pool is perfect for cooling off, though not for serious swimming. The hotel is just a block from the boardwalk with its restaurants, clubs, shops, and a couple of sandy beach areas. Overall, it felt quite luxurious and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were amazing, the room (penthouse, room 8B) was jaw-dropping, and the whole hotel feels unique and with a lovely atmosphere. The pool, gardens and whole site was a lovely place to be for our special break. We did a boat tour to Yelapa with Misael, who works at the hotel. He was great and would fully recommend this.

Wonderful staff, it feels like home. Very comfortable mattresses, clean space, very cozy terrace where you can eat or chill. Very good location as well, easily reached by bus from the airport (just don’t rely on Google maps, get off at Soriana hyper market across the street!). It’s so walkable you can easily get to downtown on foot as well. Overall fantastic experience!!!

The hotel was great. I liked the rooftop pool, every staff member I came across was very attentive, the rooms were always clean, location was great because it was way more calm than downtown, yet close enough to easily get there.

The location was good - close enough for a short Uber to downtown Puerto Vallarta. The adults only pools were nice. The coffee was really great too at La Bonita Cafe along with their fruit tarts - I also loved the grapefruit juice!

Staff were very good. The rooftop pool was nice and we enjoyed it. I wish the pool was open even later in the night. The room was designed very well and it was very clean. I suggest put a coffee machine in the rooms. Also the free coffee was awesome and it would be great if it was 24 hrs instead of 7-11 am. The location was far from city centre however it was close to many good shopping centres and we really enjoyed the food at food park closeby. The hotel also provided access to the nearest beach which was a great perk and we appreciate it.

Marco is great! Nice guy. Full of all the answers to the questions I had. Grateful for his kindness. Quiet location. Not in the middle of the busy city center but easy to access from local buses and everything you need is just a few steps away. Can recommend!

We slept in too late so missed the breakfast (closed at 11) but we heard from a friend that it was very good. The location was perfect, close to the bus depot and airport. There is a family- run taco stand/restaurant around the corner, a couple of blocks away, where we had pozole the evening before, which suited us perfectly. The room wasn’t large but it was all we needed and such a unique place to stay overnight before our flight.

rooftop pool with great good value snacks, cocktails and friendly staff. fantastic balcony facing the sea for spotting whales every day! compact but decent kitchen facilities to knock up a plate of food. perfect location for both downtown (30 minute walk down the malecon ) and versalles (new interesting restaurants opening constantly). we saw it in construction and have been coming from then so very happy with the continuous improvements. great rooms too.
