It’s a very peaceful place. Nice view and patio for working or relaxing with laptop or a book. Private access to a tranquil but small beach facing West. The dorm room is clean and well organized with 10 beds. The kitchen is well equipped and there are mango trees producing fruit ;)

I found a piece of happiness here..the property and the beach front were perfect, secluded beach all to yourself…and maybe the random horse. Very beautiful and relaxing place to stay… also the room service food was a complete bonus…fresh everything!! Can’t bet fresh coffee being delivered to your room in the morning.

The location was so lovely. This is 7km along a dirt track but we did ok with the car, not 4WD. Luis, the owner, is great. He helped by booking our ferries which was priceless. He is very professional too and knows how to offer good service with good food and drink. Amazing sunsets from this property and a great view of local life and culture.

Having the water right In front of my room was a beautiful view to wake up to . Staff were friendly , music was nice, very nice and peaceful place to stay , breakfast was really good ! Room was comfortable and cold ac and fan !

This is an amazing property , probably the nicest location on Ometepe As a bonus the property manager Erik is amazing , he sent us a list of things to do on the island as well as all the best restaurants. He even set us up with the guide to hike conception Our only mistake with this place was not staying longer. Beautiful location , beautiful view , beautiful service , very reasonable price . I have never seen such a beautiful outdoor veranda kitchen set up . Do not hesitate , villa Ometepe is the best place to stay on the island

This is a 10 from the heart. A very nice family, good food, great location. During the night, you can enjoy a sky full of stars. In the morning, at breakfast , there was a group of howler monkeys very close to us. Sunset views are great as well. The last bus from Moyogalpa to Merida leaves at 4.40pm and it’s a 2 hours trip. There is a sign on the left side of the road just as you leave Merida, the bus will drop you there. Otherwise, it’s a 20-30$ taxi trip. You can have lunch and dinner as well, food was delicious.

Wonderful place to stay. It is located in a quiet area, so it's necessary to have your own transport (quad bike or motorbike). The family kitchen is available for use and they are extremely accommodating! Room was spacious and very clean, a lot of bugs but you need to remember you are in the jungle.

Everything - the location right on the lakeshore in a small community with very few tourists, the warmth and generosity of Maria and her family (and Maria’s cooking which is just the BEST), the farm animals wandering around a garden full of tropical plants and butterflies. The accomodation is rustic but we felt entirely at home.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Whilst a little difficult to get to, the location and property is beautiful and so peaceful (apart from the howler monkeys!) Ryan and his family and staff were so friendly and ready to help out with anything we needed, from transport to laundry. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality! I would recommend anyone to stay here, it was our favourite stay in our travels so far.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The location on the beach is magical, you can wake up to the lake & watch amazing sunsets. The staff are wonderful too they cooked up a meal for me one night even though the kitchen was closed & upgraded me to a better room because they had some spare & they speak English. Perfect if you want to escape the busy inland places like Granada, San Juan Del Sur or Rivas for a few days.
