The location is stunning, right at the head of the fjord. If we had had better weather and been able to enjoy the deck, we would have spent a lot of time out there looking at the views. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. The host (Grace) communicated well and was very friendly.

Location and view is stunning. It's cool that you could fish from the actual apartment, even though we didn't. The apartment is nice and clean.

The location is great. The appartment (E6) on ground floor with 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a wonderful view over the fjord is top.

Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was good. Wonderful location with the waterfall nearby.

Eide Gard exceeded all our expectations and even more! I can warmly recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Skjolden! Both the house and the location are incredibly beautiful. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. There was no breakfast included, but we could freely use the big kitchen and the dining hall downstairs.

Beautiful, refurbished house in lovely location. Wonderful views. Shared bathroom in the hall was very clean and even if I was initiatilly a little worried about not having my own bathroom, this was no problem. We got our own robes in the room which was great for wandering down the hallway. :)

Self contained apartment, location is amazing, very well set out ,great apartment/house only issue was a misunderstanding on check in and the house we had booked had a ridiculous little pole to access the 2nd bedroom and older adult would struggle to access ! We were offered another house which was an upgrade, but there was no flexibility and it certainly cost..although it was peak season.

What a location.

The terrace has an amazing view over the fjord. All the necessary utilities are there in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Skjolden has a quite central location close to major sightseeings. It is very good value for the price.

All was perfect. Room, location, and breakfast . Cosy ambiance.

We were just passing through, but this accommodation surprised us with its excellent location right in front of a huge waterfall and in a fairytale setting. The rain did not detract from its charm. The breakfast was very good in a building that is worth visiting, the shower was hot and with good water pressure, the beds were comfortable. We stayed in an annex building with rooms, but we were left with the impression that the cottages were much better.

Amazing View and location and access

Great location with best view of fjord. Serene, tranquil, peaceful are all the good feeling staying in this property. Property itself is clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious. Attic bed was a surprise.

Fabulous location on lake Lustra. Good size rooms. Fully equipped kitchenette and proper dining table.
