Excellent location Amazing owners Stunning views Got to observe the Southern lights ( Aurora Australas)

Stunning views out of the windows. Room was reasonable size, everything was immaculate. Bed very comfy, bathroom had a good shower. Owners were friendly, breakfast was lovely with the same wonderful views. Plenty of parking. Great location for a walk along the headland. Convenient for the Stewart Island ferry so long as you have a car.

Classic pub stay in a very convenient location. Old style but well set up and comfortable. Very accommodating hosts and staff. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

Host Mike is most welcoming and helpful. Although we arrived late and did not have much time at the hotel, we enjoyed our short time/stay. And it was a bonus with breakfast the next morning before we took the early ferry to stewart island. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal. And Mike kindly offered us the use of his carpark and stored our luggage bag when we set for stewart island for the night. Much appreciated.

The location was magic. Views superb. Opal Cove Restaurant next door was excellent. Loved it.

Excellent location in the heart of Bluff with a private parking area. Lovely Art Deco building with a roomy lounge and dining room and a cozy second eating area. They offered a continental breakfast but no other meal availability. They were very gracious when we had a reservation mix up and were helpful in sorting out our error.
