Was in town for a night to catch up with family - so location was ideal. Got back late but slept well considering units are close to the main road. Will definitely be back again.

This is a BandB with exceptional character.
The location is in a lovely established part of Taumarunui close to the town centre.
We enjoyed a fabulous continental breakfast including June's homemade muesli.
Our bed was supremely comfortable and we were warm and cosy in our room. There was a lovely fire downstairs in the lounge which was very inviting.

The only place to stay in Taumaranui! fabulous!
A gorgeous gracious old house with oodles of charm. Clean, comfy and with all your basic needs provided. I was so impressed, can't recommend it highly enough!

The location, the rooms were a good size, nice hot showers. Before we arrived the TV and heat pump was on. After we had arrived the manager/owner came over and told us how to work the TV.

We were realistic about what to expect from the price paid and the main road location. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. Even though aged, the unit was spotlessly clean. Was great for a one night stay.

The unit is dated but clean and comfortable
Limited cooking facilities but the beds are very comfortable
Location was convenient near to supermarkets, main shopping area and Forgotten Highway Adventures but there can be some traffic noise
The Manager was very friendly and helpful.
