The best stay on the northeast side of the island. The apartment was fully equipped (you have everything to make any meal). Plenty of towels, and pillows to use per preference. The garden and pool are amazing with nice ocean view, and sunbeds, plus we saw a few rabbits which were super cute. Paula is a great host, she offered everything in case of a need. The village is small and cute, without any market or restaurant, but just a 5-minute drive, you'll be able to find a coffee place and a local market. If you read the description well, few restaurants/markets are recommended by the host, so not a problem to buy snacks or whatever you need beforehand.

A beautiful house with a nice view. House had everything. The beds were comfortable. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was fairly straightforward. Parking was good just next to the house there was a small parking lot.

Nuno and Solange are wonderful people and the nicest hosts you can imagine. We were welcomed with a nice basket with some local specialties, Nuno recommended several insider tipps for activities and places to visit, and one evening they brought over fresh sweetbread they had just baked. It was still warm (and delicious!). After 9 days, it felt like leaving friends we had visited. Also, it should be mentioned that Nuno is a talented and passionate artist, which shows in every aspect of the house. All the paintings are handmade originals, and the furniture and decoration is very stylish, yet unobtrusive. A perfect home to spend the whole day or enjoy the sunset after exploring Sao Miguel.

Accommodation was in an excellent location. The landlady was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and a basket of local treats was waiting for us. At night it was perfectly quiet, and the view was breathtaking. I absolutely recommend it.
