Amazing rehabilitated old building, superb decoration and top comfy, spacious rooms (we had a standard one wich was huge - equivalent of suite elsewhere). Super clean and tranquil. Great service.

The location was convenient. Far from downtown's congestion but still very easily accessible. The staff was eager to help and communicate. Breakfast was delicious. The amenities were thoughtful and comprehensive from razors to toothbrushes. Room service prices were quite reasonable for a hotel of this size and quality. The meeting lounges were more than adequate in terms of size and tech equipment. Special thanks to Ms. ERDEM, who i assume was a guest relations manager, for providing info and solutions at every phase.

You have to consider it is a 2* hotel after all is great. The staff is poor in English but super friendly and all requests met. Rooms are outdated but clean and warm. The Internet is very good. Room cleaning in on request, but you can get fresh towels or what you might need anytime. Excellent location in the city centre, but still in the quiet street.

The Hotel is ideally located in downtown Ankara but in a quiet street. Excellent location; there are lots of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Also, near to the Kızılay square & the metro station. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Traditional tasty Turkish breakfast was provided. Free parking at the hotel.

Everything was very well. Especially Mrs. Leyla was so polite and helpful. Convenient location. The hotel is close to the city centre, the bus terminal (AŞTİ) and the bus stop for airport buses. There are stores and a hairdresser near the hotel. The room was so cosy and clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.

For a 5-star hotel, serving a welcome drink could be better. Also, breakfast can be better than this. At the same time, the smell of oil spreads a lot in the breakfast serving area, so it could be better to have better ventilation in the kitchen. The room was really big and clean! The staff were super nice and helpful! We could ask for tea or Turkish coffee or normal coffee whenever we wanted and it was for free. It was really nice to have an air conditioner in the room! The location was awesome and it was exactly in the city center. Although it was in the city center, it was calm and quiet at nights.
