Everything was perfect. Amazing location, absolutely spotless clean. Breakfast was very nice, served in the terrace. Coffee drinks were fantastic; cocktails also. All staff, and specially Mustafa, were very welcoming, polite and helpful, always smiling. We would recommend this hotel and if we come back to Side, we'll definitely stay here again.

I was looking for an adults-only (+16) hotel to relax, and I chose this one based on reviews and ratings. From the moment you step inside, you start to feel like you're in a place of high comfort. It's quiet, peaceful, tranquil, and comfortable. The room is very clean, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and clearly love what they do. Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

The hotel is designed to accommodate different types of guests. We were with small kids and everything was wonderful- the attention they were getting at the kids zone, the pools, the watersides, the food! We were particularly happy with Erkan among the waiters in the restaurant and Tony at the games. The food was amazing, especially for the end of the Ramadan. There was a nice foam party at the pool followed by great karaoke party, different sorts of entertainment every night. Kids loved it! It’s the second Barut hotel for us and it is again great!

The apartment is beautiful. I come every year and this is the nicest place I've stayed in. The location is also excellent. Sunset beach club picks up and drops off. The old town isn't far and the local bars and restaurants are great and excellent value for money as well. The owner Dilek is lovely and checked in with me a few times during the stay to make sure I was OK and to see if I needed anything. Could not be happier, and can't wait to return.
