Everything exceeded our expectations, specially thanks to Abdurarahim, Sefik, Aydan and all Bof team. They are expert in their services, it was home away from home, and food buffets were amazing delicious and too many varieties, and Kids mini club doing great job and they are best in accommodating their guest.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.
