We were there because my husband was having foot surgery at Carson-Tahoe hospital. We told the woman that when we checked in and she put us in the nearest room to the entrance. It was so easy to get him in our room. We were less than five minutes to the hospital. I really appreciated all of this, since he was still a little groggy.

Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great. Free flow of coffee, hot chocolate when we checked in, and cookies during the holiday season. Staff were excellent. Really pleased with our stay.

I traveled with my son. I asked for 2 beds on Priceline but i eneded up with one bed, The hotel didn't have another room but they brought us a pull roll a way bed. Lovely breakfast included. The place was a great location and i enjoyed the room very much. I was there for a family emergency so the room became a sanctuary for me. I wish i could have been able to stay longer.

Location was good, beds nice and staff friendly. The fire sprinkler had a HUGE leak and all our luggage was completely saturated in water. Had to find a dryer for every article of clothing.

The location is great and near some restaurants and a Walmart. We had a Queen Studio which had a full kitchenette and fridge. It had lots of space plus a seating area. Breakfast was simple and nice but not much hot food offering but there were breads, sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, and yogurts. Heater worked great during the blizzard and beds were comfy. Sinclair gas station right outside the property.

For the price it's a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and respectful of your wants and needs. Any problems and they take care of you right away. The rooms may not be the best at all but the staff and location make up for it. I would recommend this hotel to anybody I know.

The Carson City plaza was a wonderful place to stay.  We enjoyed all the staff and how they were willing to accommodate our needs. Also, the location was perfect. My favorite location for staying in Carson City. I highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful Carson City Nevada.

The hotel honored our request for room location. We stayed in the main hotel building. There is also an annex building behind the main building. The room was very big and the bed comfortable. We could open the windows to get a nice breeze at night. The neighborhood behind the hotel (away from the main street) was quiet. The hotel was full, but we didn't hear any other guests.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, spacious room with fridge and cooking facilities (no dishes, though), good wifi and excellent TV-reception, comfy and big bed, city center in 10 minutes walking distance, hot breakfast (waffles) and real orange juice. Good coffee.
