I enjoyed durability of the mattress, was good enough to get adequate sleep. Wasn’t much of disturbances as it’s location is right off Main Street. Did notice they pride in sanitizing stairs with pressure washer. A highly noticeable improvement to those folks whom like to parlay and chill outdoors and enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful place to stay. Walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, they provided different items each day. Short ride from airport as well as other close cities like phoenix and Scottsdale. Highly recommend staying here you will not regret it. Check out this view from the balcony. The ‘A’ Mountain was a great easy hike.

Budget-friendly, nicely updated, super clean and well-kept, and the nicest staff ever. Location is smack dab in the center of Tempe so all those great restaurants, shops and bars on Mill are a stone's throw. Free parking in the little lot is very convenient. And if you're planning to be on the ASU campus, this is a fabulous place to stay. Oh, and there's a coffee maker and tiny adorable retro fridge. And plenty of outlets for devices.

We did the breakfast buffet and it was great, selection was diverse and good service. Within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Mill Avenue and the ASU campus. Beautiful grounds on an older property that takes you back to old Hollywood, this is just a great place to stay.

Breakfast was good. No forks available tho. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. I found the fee for one night for our pet was excessive. We paid $78 for the room and had to pay $75 for our golden retriever. Most hotels have pet fees much lower than that. We would have looked for something different because of that high pet fee but were so tired from our 12 hour drive that day we chose not to and to stay.
