I liked the facilities, the staff was amazing. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready of course so they let us stay there, offered free tea, blankets for nap, they were very caring with us at all times. They also offer free bikes but you have to get them early because they have few and people usually in the morning take them to use. The room was clean and big for couple, air conditioning, nice shower. Our stay was fantastic!

I loved that this resort was located right up against the hills. You could hear the goats bleating which was lovely to hear. You felt so far away from the hustle of the city yet you’re so close. This place was so dreamy and we loved it.

We loved everything about this place! This was exactly what we were looking for! It's all green, quiet, few tourists. Free cycle rental. Staff was also amazing! Esp. The receptionists Tom & Tab were very supportive & really nice people. They arranged us the best food, Limousine to the airport & even ask us to use the room until the departure, about 2 more hours. Best stay at Vietnam 🙌💚💚

The people who are working over there are so helpfull and kind. The rooms are clean, cozy and nice. The breakfast is pretty good. Really loved my stay over there. The swimming pool is a nice bonus after a visit in Tam Coc (pagoda etc.). In my opinion the best place to stay at if you visit Tam Coc.

The room was clean, food yummy, wifi strong, location convenient. Overall, a great place to stay! The rooms are surrounded by a beautiful garden to wake up to. The hosts were absolutely lovely. They brought us passion fruit tea and chatted every morning. We rented a motorbike from them for two days and they were very helpful and informative. Easy to get to surrounding areas and clean room to come home to.

I think the best location in Ninh Binh is Trang An and the best location in Trang An is this homestay. Outstanding view rooms are quite big and comfy. You can either eat good food here or you can go to good restaurants by walk, bicycle or scooter. The people running here are so friendly. 20k for bicycle 120-150k for scooter

Great location and very nice place to stay. Near plenty of stores but off the 50m off the main street so was a bit quieter too. Had the omelette breakfast option both mornings and it was excellent. Certainly recommend. Also used the motorbike which was very convenient to go to other locations a bit further away.

Amazing place to stay, everything was perfect! The family is so nice, they help you in everything and they do their best to make you feel as home! Beautiful place to stay! Gorgeous piece of property. Also very kind and accommodating staff. The amenities were clean, new, and very nice. Cute little pool, and great breakfast. Also the location is awesome, we rented bicycles and were able to bike 15 mins to the Trang An Unesco heritage site for the iconic boat tours! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at with the most stunning views!

The best place to stay in Vietnam!! Lily is just the most kind, genuine and generous person. The room was so modern and clean, the TV had lots of streaming services so we were able to watch Netflix. Lily provides free bicycles so you can explore Ninh Bin which we felt was such a nice touch.P Thank you so much to Lily and all her staff, we had an amazing stay.

Property was very beautiful. There is a view of the Trang and River and the cliffs from the property. The host Nia was very kind and helpful. He helped us book our Ninh bin and ha long bay tours and helped us get good prices. The pool is amazing and the beds were super comfortable too. The location is a bit away from the city so if you’re looking for a calm and relaxing stay near nature, this is definitely the place to stay after a hectic tour of Ninh bin.

Lovely homestay on a quiet country road. The rooms are very nice and spacious and the surroundings are stunning. The breakfast was very good and you could ask at reception to have your water bottle refilled. There were free bikes that were so handy for exploring the local area and also scooters available to rent at a reasonable price. The staff were so lovely throughout our stay and even gave us a packed breakfast and snacks when we were leaving early on our last morning. An excellent place to stay in an unbelievable location.

The location and view is amazing. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, and everyone puts in a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, breakfast is fulfilling and there is always fresh fruit in the morning, and a refreshing welcome drink when coming back to the hotel, even more kind gestures like that. It was a lovely stay and I would love to visit again!

Wonderful homestay and lovely people. It is a great location to travel to Tam Coc and all the places of interest. The pool is nice to cool down after a busy day. They will help you to plan your itinerary and rent out scooters. For the places close by, you can take their bikes for free. The hosts can also arrange your bus to the next destination. This was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Ninh Binh province! The central location is great for visiting all the sites, they have super convenient bicycle and motorbike rental and the family is super kind and helpful with giving recommendations on how to plan your visit as well as answering any questions. The property is very nice and the room was big, comfy and had all the amenities. I would definitely recommend 10/10!
