The resort is in immaculate condition. The cottage with covered parking and facilities were excellent and staff were a pleasure to deal with. The restaurant is well priced and enjoyable. The location of the resort is ideal for day tripping to the national parks and other nearby amenities

The location is a perfect escape from reality. Barry and Sakhiwe were excellent hosts. We experience horrible service from Neh but the rest of the team made up for it. Rooms have underfloor heating with absolutely beautiful views.

Magnificent scenic environment, enjoyed horse rides rather than walking up sleep mountain slope, Cavern bar great central point with exceptional selection of aged South African wine at a reasonable price. Very good food, fun place to share with friends (several sports), special views, extremely friendly family-oriented staff, spa great with massage, other guests integrated well, excellent location to unwind.

The location facing the Tugela River and the Anphitheatre was just amazing. Not far from the Royal Natal National Park for those who enjoy hiking and nature. Staff very friendly.

Everything, food was amazing, staff were amazing, room was exceptional, location is out of this world, we had another great stay at The Cavern, I first went to The Cavern in the late sixties as a kid, been going there on and off since then, we have been fortunate to get to go there twice this year, well worth the 12 hour flight from the UK, our favourite berg resort, already planning our next stay, well done Megan and Hilton, keep up the exceptional work.

The location was good and easy to get to. The lodge was very spacious with lots of seating areas. There were 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Could have done with one more bathroom upstairs.

Great location, central, easy access to shops and tourist attractions. Accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean. Host was awesome. Swimming pool was fun and we all enjoyed the games room ☺️

This place is excellent. Lovely staff, a great location amongst the mountains and a very nice room and dining facilities too. The Wi-Fi was also excellent. They also have a dog which was happy to be stroked. Very friendly.

The location is just superb -- up in a valley in Drakensberg Mountains, with fantastic views and a good hiking base. The family room we were allocated was just superb, two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great place to relax and unwind, will come again if only possible.
