Lovely cottage in beautiful location. Couldn’t be better. Sophia was a wonderful hostess. The breakfasts were delicious as was the pie we had one evening. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

We had a pleasant stay. We visited to go to Addo. We enjoyed the remote location, through it made us a little limited in our options on where to eat. especially because we were traveling with a 2 year old.

Broadlands is the perfect location for a relaxing “getaway from it all” break. It’s tranquil, comfortable and welcoming. Lisha and her colleagues make you feel you are guests in a private country house. The breakfasts and (if you choose to have supper in the house) evening meals are excellent. A real oasis.

the location is amazing! you are right into nature and it’s super peaceful. 🌿 we combined our stay with a safari game drive at the addo elephant park (20 minutes drive from the lodge)

Stunning location with well-equipped and comfortable accommodation, which is wonderfully private. Sophia is a remarkable host, and her attention to detail and personal touches made this a superb stay despite the hot weather. Her meticulously prepared and served breakfast was very tasty. Staff were all friendly and competent. Bird life on the river is fabulous.

The view from our room was really beautiful. The location was a bit harder to find, but we received the coordinates which helped us following the right roads. It was no problem when we asked if we could have our breakfast early and it was served really nicely.

Broadlands is a wonderful place to stay. We are so sad we only managed to come for one night. The house is beautiful, we were made to feel like VIPs and the room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean. Patricia was so kind and welcoming, and even made us “breakfasts to go” as we had to leave early for the airport. Amazing accommodation.
