Great location. Very, very close to the mountains.... awesome picture-perfect views. Very quiet and peaceful.

The Via Ferrata up Beacon Buttress was a highlight as well as the many walks (I guess the various walks could be a bit better sign posted).

Where do I start? The most SPECTACULAR location, incredible views from each room, very comfortable bedrooms with all the comforts needed, a cosy restaurant and bar and most importantly the BEST staff! Each staff member from the cleaning ladies to the restaurant staff and especially Tumi at reception had a huge smile & was clearly very proud of the work that they did. We will definitely be back!!

Location is amazing, Best hiking routes with the most beautiful views of the Drakensburg. Breathtaking view from the rooms. Breakfast was delicious

Your staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is lovely. That was a positive however it is the barest minimum that one would expect at holiday accommodation.

The location is unique and spectacular (when it is not cloudy!), with a view of the Amphitheatre, and they will drive you to the Sentinel car park for the spectacular Chainladders hike to the top of Tugela Falls. This the reason for booking here, and for this it gets 10/10. The dining room and bar have a nice atmosphere when full of fellow nature lovers.

Amazing place to stay in the Drakensberg. Beautiful views, shuttle to the start of the chain ladder hike, surprisingly good food (try the chicken schnitzel). I loved the whole experience. Will def go back!

Location is excellent! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. It is a place that creates an easy space to meet people. The views are outstanding! The food portions are very generous, I could never finish a meal. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are always warm despite the biting cold outside!

The location was incredible when the sun was out - beautiful views to the amphitheatre and being above the clouds. It was also easy to arrange transport to the Sentinel Peak hike. The food was good and the waiters were super friendly.
