Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. The only hotel in Andorra with its own ski slopes reopens its doors, after a renovation process, by Serras Collection, to make it the best 5 * GL in Andorra. The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.
