We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

Free WiFi is available. Fantastic location, you can ski out and in the hotel. Ski area is great, after-ski parties as well in nearby cafee. Nice spa area and great friendly personel. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Breakfast was great and parking on site. Also and ski and snowboard room with boot warmers. I would totally recommend this place and I would stay there again if I’m in the area! Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The Großglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel. nice location -clean room - very good breakfast and a very helpful owner ! one more thing it’s a very classy building and well decorated

There is also a restaurant and a bar. Very clean, large comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant and the town was cute. The spa was nice and nobody else used it. We really enjoyed everything about our stay
