All animals elwere very friendly. It was January and it was very warm inside, we could manage the heating as we like. I can’t wait to come back again! Thank you hosts for this experience! Staff was pleasant, accommodating and it had a down-home feel, which was lovely. It was a traditional place neatly decorated with beautifully upgraded facilities. Clean room, screens on the windows to keep out the bugs, air conditioning and comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and it was really nice to sit outside by the small pond and enjoy our morning coffee. Really a wonderful spot overall and perfect for a few nights stay.

It's a very authentic feel to the extent that female staff wear traditional clothing, everyone is so helpful and friendly - special shoutout to the excellent Ivan. There's food and drinks readily available, long hours. Spa facilities - the brave can swim in the lake, there is an indoor pool which has an outdoor part too, a very well equipped gym & sauna. The spa area is open early didn't close until 11pm. Very easy parking.

The hotel exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of charming tradition, warm hospitality, and modern comforts.
