Air conditioning is available. Apartment was well cleaned on arrival. Overally I can recommend the place, one outstanding thing was wifi which was surpsingly fast.

The property is away from the city center and is very quiet. One does need a car to get groceries and get to restaurants. Please keep in mind that all stores in Austria are closed on Sunday so one must plan ahead. I did not have any contact with the host outside of e-mail, but all contact was fast and courteous.
