She had also provided us with some information which was helpful . The location is very good with a bakery and supermarket and the area is nice, quiet and safe . There is a tram but it only took us 15-20 minutes to walk into the centre . Restaurants on the way .

The breakfast was beyond our expactations, rich and delicious, basically a full meal with cheese, mixed cold cuts, salmon, croissants, bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, jam, orange juice, eggs, fresh fruit smoothie and more. The place is around 500m far from the train station from which it's very easy and quick to reach Gent and Brugge. Cherry on top of the pie is the warm welcome recieived from Sam and his cat. He made us feel at home and regret staying only one night. Definitely the best Host we met in Belgium, he keeps building and enriching his little gem place with passion and dedication, giving to his guests a great experience. Very much recommended, we will come back for sure for a longer stay.
