PolandFor us Irina was the best part of this place. Super kind, nice and open person. We also liked the fact that the place is pet friendly as we were traveling with our dog. The location was good (we were by car, I don't know how is it without it). There's a beach nearby. Due to cancellation at some other hotel we had to make the reservation in the night while actually being in the city, literally last minute. Optional breakfast was good, oh and the AC in the rooms too.

There are two indoor parking lots 2 minutes away from the facility and the prices are reasonable.
I have stayed in Burgaz twice before but this is the first time I have stayed in a facility that is this comfortable. There is nothing bad about the facility that I can say.
The owners of The Central House 2, Metodi and his precious wife, were extremely hospitable and friendly. They helped us a lot. When I go to Burgaz again, I will choose The Central House 2 again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always whit smile and willing to help with any request. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location is a short walk to both the beach and the city center and well conection whit bus line to the Nessebar I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and to the city center. There is a parking place (paid) really close to the apartment with a lot ot free spots.
The bedroom looks at the backyard and it is not noisy during the night. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfy. The apartment is on thr parter, so you don't need to climb stairs.

Super convenient location at the heart of Burgas, a minute from the sea garden and everything that you will need.
The place is perfectly clean with everything that you will need even for longer periods of time.
Did I mention that there is a parking spot on the premises? Yes, a parking spot which is super-rare in Burgas city center.
I will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

A lovely stay, we hadn’t been to Nessebar before and it was amazing. Food was much better then expected, something for everyone. Drinks included cocktails. Location is perfect, a short walk from the old town and a beautiful view of the Black Sea - we saw dolphins with breakfast. Would defiantly go back to Nessebar and this hotel is great for the price!

We had an absolutely perfect two-night stay at this hotel. The view from our room was truly breathtaking. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, mugs, glasses, and plates, etc. The bathroom was also well-appointed and met all our needs. The hotel's location is just a 20-minute walk from the city center and conveniently close to a beautiful beach. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The location was very good, with easy access to the seafront, sea garden and city centre. It was on a busy road but it was not overly noisy. Staff were very friendly and rooms cleaned regularly. Local information was great and we were recommended some very nice restaurants.

Location is superb if you want to explore Burgas. 5 min walk to the Sea garden and right on the city centre.
The flat has everything you need from extra blankets to cooking applicances, pots and even an ironing board laid out. Was super clean!
Location is central but also positioned in a quiet part so you don’t have to worry about the noise.
Plenty cafes, restaurants, pubs, mini markets just outside the flat. Happy restaurant is less than 5min walk.

There is an option for self check-in, the location is great - close to everything, a few blocks away from downtown and the Sea Garden. A spectacular terrace surprised us really nice. It was my 2nd favourite thing (after the comfy bed).
On top of that the host is really nice, responsive and helpful. There is an option for free parking spot (subject to availability).

This is a nice cosy place just outside Burgas. You are on the countryside, it is peaceful and quiet, but still you can see the skyline of Burgas. This is the perfect place to stay if you are going by car, even though it is hard to find. If you go by public transport it is probably more tricky. The staff is nice, everything is clean, there is a kitchen. All you need.

The apartment has a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from Burgas Beach and a brisk 20-minute walk from the city centre. It is surrounded by various restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
Inside, there's a cosy bed and all the essential amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Location is great, few minutes walk to the harbour where there's a perfect restaurant. 2 minutes walk into the sea garden park or onto the beach. Maybe 7 mins walk into city centre pedestrian area. Really quiet place, everything is finished to high standard, very spacious rooms and fully fitted kitchen. Easy to find, right off a roundabout with parking. The bus or train station is really close too if you're on public transport, maybe 4 mins walk.
The host was lovely, very accommodating.
