The location is very close to Meiringen station, clean and well-equipped, even including a rice cooker which was very helpful. It was the details that made it special. The decoration, the lighting, the wonderful big kitchen with so many different things to cook with! The lovely dining room to eat meals or just relax. The beds were super comfortable and good storage space for luggage. It was only a short walk to Wengen and the ability to access walking trails, bike hire or shops so the location was fantastic and such beautiful views. We were shown wonderful hospitality and even given a few suggestions for activities we could do the day we left.

Breakfasts were great, giving all the energy needed for action packed days in the gorgeous mountains, both cooked and non cooked breakfast options available each morning, tea, coffee and juices were lovely. We had the superior king suite which was very spacious and had amazing views directly onto the mountain. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, giving advice on activities and places to eat, even helping with bookings, they even bought my wife a present and card for her Birthday!
