AustriaThis house is really big and had all we needed. The bed is very comfortable and everything is spotless clean. We had a big terrace with an amazing view of the river. With the car it took us not even 5 minutes to get to restaurants and supermarkets. The owner is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are in Cochrane.

Great location in the town, excellent breakfast and Roxanne and her husband were lovely, caring and helpful. Cosy cabin with log fire and comfortable bed. Clothes washing service offered with a 2 night stay too.

Very spacious cabin - well kitted out with a small kitchen and table & chairs.
Really comfortable beds.
Very clean throughout.
Good location - just over the bridge out of town so very quiet.
Host was very friendly and had lots of recommendations and information for us about restaurants, bakeries, tourist attractions, etc. Gave us a couple of eggs from their hens which was appreciated!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice having restaurant downstairs and it is a must try. Excellent Italian food!! Location right on the square in town and easy to walk to everything. Clean and comfortable.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and absolutely cosy with the wood stove which also keeps it very warm. The landlady Doria, kind and friendly, served a delicious breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. About the location, I can just say that it is few minutes (by car) from ferry terminal

The cabin is beautiful! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the surroundings. There are 2 bathrooms which was great. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Overall lovely place to stay - would love to go back. The host had a fire and wood burning stove ready for our arrival which was a nice touch for a cold day.

Location is slightly out of town but that means it's closer to some amazing hikes that you can do from the hostel. The staff were kind and can sort you out with rafting etc. breakfast simple but effective. Beautiful setting.

By far best value for money in Puerto Montt. Though not in the city center, collectivos right in front of the house will get you downtown in 10 min for a 1$. THE OWNER IS A MAN WITH A HEART OF GOLD. 100% APPROVED

We stayed in a lovely brand new cabin close to the Ruta 7. We got a night ferry, so we only arrived at 2345, but we were warmly by Klaus. The cabana is very comfortable and warm and we had an excellent nights sleep. We had a super breakfast in the morning and were on our way down the Carretera Austral. A special place to stay

I appreciated the personal touch by those who were at the front desk. Each person was hospitable and helpful. After a 22 hour travel time from the U.S. it was a delight to have a comfortable room - with a clean bathroom and shower. The hotel is situated near the downtown area - so it was easy to walk to town and take in some of the sights. The final hill up to the hotel is a 'pull' -- but it's worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the table setting was excellent. The ability to eat on the balcony made it a special time.

This place is a relic of the past since it was not destroyed by the volcano and flood in 2008 since it sits on high ground. All old-time wooden construction. Interesting place to stay in
