It has been one of the most memorable, exciting and worthy experience in Chile - great location and comfort of house location, warm and welcoming atmosphere (greeting at the airport with flower necklaces, departing as friends with little surprise...). But nothing compares with consideration, space, personalized approach of Kevin and Lynn to the guests needs as far as tours are concerned. Kevin, we will keep your stories in our hearts and minds. Everything. The welcoming on the airport. Hotel position (if you wish to be a bit away from noisy center). the big, comfortable and clean room with the see view. Breakefast. area and swiming pool at the hotel. very friendly and willing manager - two Pablos. the stay at the Ohana was a perfect end of my one month holiday in South America.

To be honest, our stay was absolutely amazing. Not only for the island being so incredible but also to our apartment and Paulina was the absolute best host you could wish for. She helped us with organizing the whole stay and even picked us up from the airport. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Such a nice place to stay - simple but nice with all the facilities. Lovely owners. Bea's tour was great. Even though we're English speakers & the tour is in Spanish, at least we got access into the sites you need a guide for at a very good rate. She was relaxed but kept things moving in a nice way on the 1st day when we had a very large group. Pua Vaenga is a bit out of town but they have all manner of vehicles to hire at very good rates. I would suggest you factor that into the equation if you choose to stay there. We stayed for 4 nights, brought food from Santiago for 3 days & thought we would treat ourselves to a meal out on the last night. Honestly, we would have been just as happy to have a simple meal there on the deck, it was so nice.

The cabañas maria hau are very recommendable! Everything was very clean, just as it appeared in the pictures. The 4 cottages come with a well equipped kitchen and are hidden in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a lot of shade and privacy for each terrace. I was very glad that the windows are protected with moskito protection screens, so that we had no problems with flys or moskitos! Maria was so helpful with all questions we had at any time of the day. Additionally they picked us up and brought us to the airport. They even organised a guided tour for us from one day to the other, calling all guides they knew. We just felt like part of their family! I would defenitely come back to this beautiful gem on the isla de pascua!!!! Thank you so much Maria and Laura!

A fantastic stay! Such a beautiful setting - an amazing view with sunsets over the ocean, wonderful cabin with everything you need, and peace and quiet just a short stroll (or drive) from town. The tours that were organised for us were brilliant too. Fiji and Jerome were such great hosts - Merci!

Great staff, enjoyed the pool as it can get hot, very relaxing. You may want to rent a car or take taxis as it is a longer walk into the center.

Considering it is a hostel, the quality and cleanliness of the facilities, the organization of the hosts and the atmosphere of the place exceeded my expectations. Benjamin is always available to pick you up from and take you to the airport, offer tours and rides and tell great stories while relaxing with friends and other guests by the barbecue or in the kitchen. I went to the island without having previously booked any tours and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Benja in this regard - a full day tour to the island's attractions, a typical dance show at night and recommendations for diving. I had a great time!
