We loved our stay at Heaven's Gate Homestay, the owner and his family were especially nice, he helped us book tickets for the National Park, gave us recommendations on which routes to take and overall made our life much easier when we were in Zhangjiajie. The room was also spotless, big and very modern. The location is only 5min away from the town. Pefect stay and would definetly come back.

Steven and Frank helped us with everything we needed. They helped us get tickets for the city's attractions, and they sent a car to pick us up at the train station. The human quality, beyond the accommodation, is something that should be highlighted. On the other hand, the hotel is very nice, with decent rooms—spacious and very functional for a city stay. It's about 15-20 minutes from one of the park's entrances, which, if you get the right ticket, makes it much easier to access on foot. I would definitely stay here again. The service is outstanding, with staff who can speak English well and solve problems quickly. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Super delicious food, everyday we had different fruit and also vegetable from her garden. You can not find best stay in Zhanghjijae.
