Staff were very helpful. they used translation on phone because they did not speak very much english and we managed to understand each other. Breakfast was great. The room was large with a comfortable king size bed and a refrigerator stocked with soda, and carbonated water. The room was cleaned daily by a very friendly attendant who always had a smile on her face. The stay there was excellent. The Railway station was no more than five minutes away which was very convienient. I would recommend this hotel

I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.

The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and bright, had all necessary equipment, overall felt really comfortable staying here, which is very precious, especially for a solo-traveling woman. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, the neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet, subway station is in a walkable distance and there are a lot of convenient stores and a mall nearby. I would definitely recommend to stay there:)
