The room we had was comfortable, clean and had well stocked kitchen. Big refrigerator. No safe. The deck surrounded 2 sides and was very private and nice to sit and chill. The owner made us feel very welcome and it made our stay seem more personal than the normal hotel

The owner is very friendly, thoughtful, and caring. In my case he even went out of his way (since I had two large suitecases, a backpack, and a couple shopping bags from in between moves locally) to store my stuff and bump me up to an open double bed with two lockers. The two lockers also helped me store my quiet juicer so I could juice quietly in the kithen while others were asleep in the next room. The volunteers and guests all seemed happy with the accomodations, and everyone got along well, partly due to the environment created by our host. Thank you so much, Sander.

Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and utensils. The owner is extremely helpful if you need anything at all.

Our host Lily was fantastic, so welcoming and happy to help with anything! She really made our stay great and even provided us with a late check out as we were leaving at 2pm. It’s low season at the moment so we had the place to ourselves, the kitchen was great, had everything we needed and there’s a supermarket right next door. Also had a fridge in our room which was really handy. We did book our tours in advance but we wish we had of booked through Lily as she provides a discount. We loved the personal touches of people who stayed there signing messages on the wall and the hammocks out the back were cute too.
