It doesn't serve breakfast, at least in low season, in May, when I came, but there is nothing saying it does, just the place name, maybe at the beginning they did. On weekends the kiosk in front can become lively with neighbors coming, drinking beer and grill, but it will end way before midnight and if you see bothered with the noise, you just need to ask and they will pay attention.
