I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing experience. The 7 nights I stayed at the Baron Palace were one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, we booked the Standard Room, super comfortable and ALWAYS very clean, and with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. The hotel facilities are beautiful , and the service is amazing - all team members served us in a memorable good way! Thanks to the reception staff, the super kind waiters at the Red Sea restaurant (they even remembered what we wanted to drink every time!), the pool staff that were also always making sure we had everything we needed (drinks, towels,…), the animation team always so smiley. We were really surprised, we didn’t expect to be so well taken care of. I recommend it highly.

Senzo Mall is 5 minutes’ drive from the resort, and Hurghada City Centre is 25 km away. Hurghada International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is wide and spacious, which automatically adds to a more relaxed vibe because there's no concentration of high noise levels at any time. The bay inside the hotel is an amazing addition to the 'beach holiday' feeling you get. The pools and the gardens around them are super well kept, and overall, the hotel is very clean. The à la carte restaurants all have a unique theme, and the food there is amazing. We had a great steak at the Mediterranean restaurant, well-made chicken tikka and garlic naan at the Indian restaurant, and an incredible piece of seabass fillet at the greek. Even the buffet has nice themes and is well taken care of. The staff..... Let me begin to say that everyone at this hotel works hard to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday. They make u feel right at home. It's also the way they receive u by saying "Welcome Home" when u arrive. We decided to have the posh club upgrade as well and let me just say we didn't regret it even for a moment. We arrived and were received by our butler, Mina, who took care of everything as he sat us down with a refreshing towel... I think they might have forgotten the champagne... Either way, we arrived at our room with a splendid view of everything and were told that anything we need at all, we just ask Him, Mina. This my dear friends, is an understatement, Mina served more like a Genie in a bottle than a butler, he literally granted us all our wishes and more as he gave excellent suggestions on how to make our stay even more pleasant. He constantly took the initiative, making sure we'd be well set every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He set up a romantic dinner for my wife and I so we could enjoy Felucca's kitchen, who happened to be closed during our stay due to renovations. Mina, thanks a lot if you're reading this, we really had an incredible time, mostly thanks to you.

The resort is a beachfront location with private beach, and has a marina and private beach extending to 1.6 km long. Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh 海景 海景 also offers free land and non-motorized water sports. The international animation team organizes daily activities. Hotel offer Modern gym equipped with cardio vascular equipment. Hotel offer 6 restaurants including Oriental & Asian Cuisines Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Premises were clean. Food in general (breakfast, lunch and dinner) had big variety and will suit any taste - Tajine restaurant was the best.

It offers a restaurant, health club, and games room. Visiting this hotel has become an annual trip for my friend and I for Eid Fitr. Everything about the hotel, staff and experience is exceptional. Since our first visit last year multiple friends and family have visited it since. From John welcoming us over WhatsApp before we even got there and been attending to us throughout the whole trip, to Medo part of the animation team who became a friend, to Ibrahim the F&B Director that checked in on us everyday we were there, to Ahmad the life guard who took care of us daily by the pool, in addition to many more staff that were attentive and friendly the whole time.

The spacious rooms at Grand waterworld Makadi feature wooden furniture and a balcony overlooking the hotel’s garden. Satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer are also featured in each room. It’s an old hotel, but service, staff, views are really nice here.
