The view up the street from the room was great. The staff were probably the greatest part of our stay. They were very accomodating and pleasant.

The view from the terrace at breakfast was a stunning way to start the day. The decor was thought provoking and interesting and reflected the history of Toledo. Great location - right in the heart of Toledo but quiet.

The city centre, including the magnificent Alcázar, is easily reached by a bus service which runs from outside the hotel. Some of the hotel rooms enjoy views over the city. Super convenient to visit the walled city. Bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Parking is either in front of the hotel or directly across the street. Super safe neighborhood. Staff provided me with map, bus schedule and knew what the fare was. Room was remodeled and stylish. Great mattress. Pillows were hard.

Eurostarts Palacio Buenavista has been beautifully integrated into a 16th century palace. It is located in Buenavista, only a 5-minute drive from the centre of Toledo. There is free Wi-Fi in reception. The hotel is wonderful. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and faced the sights of Toledo! Breakfast was excellent. The front desk was able to order a taxi to town within 5 minutes every time. While it was not in old town Toledo, it was in a very quiet location right next to an Aldi and within a 5 minute (10E) taxi ride to and from old town. We would stay here again.
