You are less than a block from both and within walking distance of pretty much the major sights and streets of historic Bath. There are lots of people walking the pedestrian only streets below, but after about 6pm, they all clear out and there is no one about and super quiet. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Highly recommend and the bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. If you have a car, parking is about four blocks away.

This was a nice home base for our trip to the Jane Austen Festival. The host is fantastic and super easy to chat with. Replies quick whenever we had questions about parking and internet issues. The house itself is cosy and has standard amenities. Comfy beds. Patio is helpful because our dresses got wet from the rain and we could hang our clothes out to dry. The included parking is a lifesaver. It's about a ten minute walk to the centre so the location is ideal. My family and I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

The sofa bed was made up for us so that our friend could stay and there is a sliding door for privacy between the living room and the kitchen/bathroom. Tea, coffee and milk were provided. Whole property was clean and inviting and so much bigger than I imagined it could be - there is even a little outdoor terrace. We stayed there during a big storm, but we barely noticed it from inside this cosy property.
