Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in room. Sainsburys a few doors away. In the centre of town but the road was quite quiet. We tried our first oatcake ever for breakfast from Poveys, who are across the road. Brilliant 360° view from Mow Cop Folly, which is not far away. Lovely friendly people.
