Abdel is the best host, greeting us personally at the front entrance, and always helping us with any request we had. He was so kind and brought us right to our room. And Ayu is such a wonderful person to take care of guests - she came to the room with Abdel and gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate a big birthday. She also met us at 6am on day of departure to give us a travel package with treats for our long journey home. Order the breakfast in your room - it is amazing. A basket full of delicious food and drinks! The pool is such a nice addition to the hotel as well. Finally we were so happy with our room. We got a king room with balcony and a hammam spa - in the room! What a treat after every day of walking and exploring. We could not have asked for more.

The hosts are nice and the check in/check out process super easy. 10 out of 10 experience. Would give all 20 if the property would have a pool available! :) Truly recommend!
