The location is great, right on the waterfront, and the penultimate house on that side of the bay, so nice and quiet, plus it means that the walk to St Nokolas beach is only 10 minutes. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay and Nikos was very kind in stocking the fridge very generously on arrival - bread, meat, cheese, wine, beer, honey, water, butter, coffee, etc We were picked up from the port on arrival by Nikos (and Nikos 2 🙂) And Pedi is lovely!

Balcony with the sunbeds was lovely and sitting outside on that balcony my friend and I could have passed many hours away. We just wished we was able to have stayed longer. Bus stop that takes you straight down to the centre and ferry port was only a few minutes walk away,so incredibly convenient. Cannot wait to return again next year with my husband

Is nicely located at the start of Pedi, so you don't have to be stuck in a traffic jam anywhere. There is an allocated parking lot. Each room is big enough for the guests and has it's own balcony. Is 2-3 minutes walk from the beach. Really quiet during most of the day and completely tranquil during the night. The owners are really nice and friendly and the left some really nice fruit and other food for us in the house. Will definitely go back.
